Less than 6 weeks
Between 6 weeks and 10 weeks
Between 10 weeks and 14 weeks
Between 14 weeks and 18 weeks
Not yet sold or longer than 18 weeks!

I thought it would be good to see how long it has taken you to sell your house since February 2020, that is since lockdown happened due to Coronavirus Covid 19. If you take the time period as between the time your property was listed with the estate agent to exchange of contracts.

Please also post your comments below too. For example:

  1. You've sold and it fell through.
  2. It's sold subject to contract and taking ages to exchange.
  3. You're not getting any viewings.
  4. You're getting viewings, but no offers are being made...etc.
