Have you been affected by Japanese Knot Weed

We were recently approached by a lady who need to sell her house but couldn’t because of Japanese Knot Weed.
The reason why it’s difficult to sell if you have Knot Weed is that many mortgage companies won’t lend on a house with this problem.
Have you had this problem and are you struggling to sell because of it?
