Have you been affected by a tenant that has been growing cannabis in one of your properties?

We were recently approached by an accidental landlord who had been affected by a tenant who had been using his house to grow cannabis. It was amazing to see how they rigged the electric and had a bank of plugs and cables to supply the lamps to encourage the cannabis growth.
As a landlord have you been affected by cannabis growers?
