Do you manage your own property portfolio?

In the beginning when I bought my first buy to let property I managed it myself. For this I used to draw up my own ASTs and liaise with the tenants with any problems. I held the deposit and found the tenants. This is fine if the property is nearby, but now that I have properties across the U.K. and many more than when I started, this is no longer the case. I now use letting agents to manage all my properties and to find my tenants for me.
Do you agree or do you manage your own portfolio of properties?
You can't change what happened yesterday and you can’t be sure of what will come of tomorrow, but you can enjoy this moment in time!
