Fees for selling a business

We believe that BowFin Limited are unrivalled in terms of the approach to selling a business. Our focus is on making sure that business owners get maximum value in the shortest time possible. Having bought and sold businesses of our own we understand the view of both the seller and the buyer, and in particular, because we understand what a buyer is looking for we are better placed to give hands-on advise to sellers of businesses.

For selling your business, we charge a percentage of the eventual sale price – we are success-only business, subject to an administration fee and marketing expenses for advertising your business for sale.

Fees for other services

For helping you buy a business or to conduct a Business Review, we charge a fee tailored to the work involved. We are one of the only companies on the market to provide the Business Review service, which in turn will make your business more valuable and easier to sell. We are confident that the fees paid for this service will be reflected in the value of your business and/or reducing the time it takes to sell your business by making it more attractive to a wider audience.

BowFin are keen to help you maximise value and if you are not in a hurry to sell your business then a Business Review could prove to be a good investment for you. A Business Review is designed to identify the key areas of your business that will make a difference to it's value when it is put on to the market for sale.
