Meeting with you to discuss your requirements and to understand your business.

BowFin conducts a detailed analysis of your business to determine its valuation.

BowFin conducts a Business Review if this is required.

We undertake a detailed research project to identify potential buyers – our aim is to ensure maximum competition for your business sale.

The valuation and sales particulars are agreed with you.

We advertise your business for sale (but in a way that does not identify it to ensure confidentiality) and approach the list of potential buyers identified by our research (and approved by you).

Interested buyers are vetted and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before they are allowed to see the full details of your business.

Meetings are arranged between you and the potential buyers. A BowFin senior partner will attend those meetings to help and advise you.

We can also help you with the negotiations and will work closely with any other advisers you may have e.g. Lawyers.
